| Science a school subject where one can discover amazing things |

Being a member of the top or cream class can be challenging but has its merits as I am exposed to the best level of competition among my peers. I don't join contests and participate in activities that much and consider being the science editor for the school paper a distinct honor. There are times when I am able to get one of the highest scores in our Physics quizzes. Perhaps it’s because of my diligence, or maybe because of my interest in the subject. The fact is I really just like science. I like observing and calculating, saying “maybes”, and concluding that perhaps most of the things we do involve science. Most of all, I enjoy learning a lot of things about the place we live in, how we live, and what more we can do.I like discovering and finding new information about a lot of amazing things. Maybe that’s why I like writing about science. I remember when I first entered the Publication Club, I was assigned to be a writer for the science section. I didn’t think I would enjoy it, but I did. On my second year in the club, I was transferred to the Feature section. But on my third year in the club, I requested the editor-in-chief to assign me back to the science section and was designated as its editor. I think learning more about Science is just where I truly take pleasure in. It has always amazed me how everything in the universe works. I love how the law of nature works, where everything is connected in some way. And because of that, nature always aims to achieve equilibrium, so that maybe everyone can live peacefully and happily. That’s just how God wants us to live, I guess.
