Whether you are among the 100 million or so Filipinos, a balikbayan, an OFW, or a tourist, summer vacation in the Philippines can be the perfect ingredient for lifelong memories.

The heat and dog day afternoons of summer do take their toll and that is why beaches and ice-cream and halo-halo asume their prominence in terms of consumer consciousness and demand.  And of course, the list would not be complete without adding sweet Philippine mangoes into one's summer fruit basket.

Summer fun is unmatched, especially in the company of family and friends and in the beautiful setting of white sandy beaches at any of the top Philippine beach resorts, such as in Boracay in Aklan, Dakak in Zamboanga del Norte, or at El Nido in Palawan.  Summer vacation in the Philippines may not happen all the time. But when it does, it more often than not leads to timeless memories that outlast a lifetime!
