E Design beauty shop is owned and managed by Fil-Am hairdresser and entrepreneur Ermie Francisco whose career path in the beauty business is a story worth telling.

For Ermie Francisco, it all begins with passion and love for what she is doing and it shows on the end result.  In the Philippines, Ermie trained under the wings of top celebrity hairdresser Ricky Reyes and then spent a decade in the Middle East (where she rendered hairdressing services to Pinoy kabayans and even to members of Saudi Arabian royalty during her family's expatriate days in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).  When she migrated to the US, Ermie had her professional schooling at the CAPRI Institute, Cosmetology Training Centers campus at Kenilworth, NJ.  In a 2008 show at Atlantic City, NJ, Ermie Francisco was among the professional hairdressers and make-up artists for Filipina concert stars, including Pops Fernandez and ZsaZsa Padilla.
