Filipino-British Charlie Green: Potential beyond Britain's Got Talent

Although Filipino-British youngster Charlie Green did not win the crown at the 2008 Britain's Got Talent show, the young jazz wonderkid captured the hearts of millions of fans along the way.

Charlie Green's father is British (Roger, who happens to be a former member of the BBC's Black and White Minstrels) while his mother - Cecilia Sumargo - is originally from the Philippines.

In one of the stages of the Britain's Got Talent show, Charlie Green (who has yet to reach his teen and is from Droitwich in the UK) performed a rendition of the Frank Sinatra classic Summer Wind. Going by the very positive response from music fans all over, one can tell that there is indeed high likelihood of success potential post-Britain's Got for the brilliantly gifted and talented Fil-Brit Charlie Green.
